Biological female orgasms?

i know that females have multiple orgasms that can last forever, if a female was to cum like a man(biologically, not semen coming out) wouldnt they be done after one orgasm as well

    I don’t know, as males are able to be multi-orgasmic without ejaculation. Generally, what makes males unable to have another orgasm is the fact that they ejaculate and it takes a lot of energy to do so, thus draining them. Realize that it’s not the actual orgasm but the ejaculation that usually causes the male to be unable to orgasm. If you find some good websites, you’ll find how males are multi-orgasmic and how they are able to have back to back orgasms. It’s usually the ejaculation itself that keeps them from having multiple orgasms. So, to answer your question, I don’t think it’d have mattered. If the female cannot emit semen and still had the male orgasm, she’d probably still be able to have multiple orgasms at a time as male is able to with much tolerance. Hope this helps.
