Um, so, multiple orgasms are achievable by anyone pretty much as long as they don’t ejaculate. So, a MTF trans person post-op and pretty much most of the time just on hormones will be able to and a FTM person will be able to all the time.

All I will say is a transsexual women’s sexual response is more or less the same as other women. And the sexual response of trans men is more or less the same as other men.

Testosterone doesn’t effect that, and it is possible for males as well as females to have multiple orgasms, transgender/transexual or not (possible, not always probable, though, unfortunately. Some people just can’t \: ).

nope, in most cases crucuial nerves are severred during the operation and they end up with an insensitive dry hole.
