Back in high school I had an Advanced Placement psychology class and we studied the levels of sexual arousal. I seem to recall that a female orgasm helps you conceive. During orgasm there is increased blood flow to your sexual organs, helping them to function better. However, orgasm isn’t necessary for conception; it just helps.

You have a better chance. That is one thing the orgasm is meant to do (besides feel good). It help move the sperm up more!!

Yes, female orgasm after him will increase the chances of conception as the contractions will pull the sperms to swim inside thrusting it upwards.
