Does frequent female masturbation decrease the ability to have an orgasm?

My girlfriend is very difficult to make cum while we are having sex. She thinks it is because she masturbates to orgasm 2-4 times a day. Is there any validity to this?
She also thinks it is because she started at such an early age, but I dont think that has anything to do with it either.

I truly don’t believe that has anything to do with her not being able to reach a climax.

Orgasms are believed to be a sensation that is mostly due to the brain. Just be sure she is relaxed, into the sex, and she should be presently surprised.

Also, if you’ve been having sex for a while & it is now just starting to get difficult, maybe you could switch things up to make it interesting. Erotic experiences are definitely going to help her reach climax.

Don’t worry dude, it is perfectly normal for her not to have one while being with you.
Anyway, It’s not her, it’s you.

Perhaps you can ask her to do it while you are having sex with her at the same time. Or just ask her to masturbate while you are there so that at least you can feel like you were a part of it.

Most women require a lot of clitoral stimulation to be able to orgasm. Something that rarely happens with intercourse.
