Yes, it can cause, that you only can achieve orgasm during masturbation, but not while having normal sex.

It wont make you loose especially since you dont stick anything up there so how could you be. It might make it harder to get an orgasm because your used to doing it one way.. I masturbate too but when i have sex i never have an orgasm so it could be because i masturbate.
