Female Orgasm without arousal or genital stimulation???

General

I just had an interesting conversation with a female friend of mine.
She said that she was having an exam in the university and when she heard that she had only 5 minutes left until the end of the exam, she instantly had an orgasm!!!
She had it happen to her another time. It had to do something with time running out again. No stimulation at all!

Another time i spoke to another friend and said that she often has orgasms without stimulation, usually when some kind of anxiety takes place. Like, when the time is running out, or when (this was her last time that happened to her, 3-4 months ago) her plane is taking off and she’s scared.
Crazy!

What do you know about that???

Men experience spontaneous orgasms and ejactulation while asleep… It’s been shown that some women experience orgasm from purely mental stimulation.
90% of sex is in our heads anyway.
All that has to happen is the right nerve pathways get going – it doesn’t necessarily require physical stimulation. Orgasm is a reflex. I can see how getting signals going to the right nerves (brain activity) could trigger that reflex.
