It really just depends on the girl. After the first orgasm, I would try slowing it down and just grinding against her with your penis inside of her. You could try this with her on her side and her upper leg on your shoulder or just laying on top of each other.
Oh, also. The second orgasm is never really as intense as the first no matter what it is you do. Porn stars are exaggerating liars.

As others have said, this isn’t something that all women can do, so it will really just depend on the person. I know that for me though, there are two types of orgasms – ones from clit stimulation and vanginal/g-spot ones from penetration. I can have multiple orgasms, but only in certain ways. If I have a vanginal/g-spot orgasm, I can have multiple of those or one of those followed by a clitoral orgasm…but if I have a clitoral orgasm first, things become too sensitive afterwards and it hurts to keep touching down there. It will all depend on the person though. I don’t know what kind of orgasm she usually has, but if she usually has clitoral ones, try and get her there through penetration and see how things go.
