I am referring to my girlfriend. She also has quite a few medical issues, but I don’t know if they are related or not. I will list them here, but unless one jumps out as significant, try to deal with them as unrelated: Hypoglycemia, anxiety, hemophobia, and possibly hypersensitivity
Kay, onto the main problem. Recently, my girlfriend has started having leg pain after climax. It usually only happens if we go a bit rough, like the first time I gave her multiple and I think it was a bit much. But it seems to be getting worse, and even if we go slow she shows signs of this: After orgasm, as she is calming back down, her left leg will start to tingle, and eventually get extremely tense. Her right leg muscle near her pelvis will start to spasm, and moving either leg results in extreme muscle pain. Soon after, she gets light-headed, dizzy, and passes out. The passing out could just be the hypoglycemia, it’s the leg pain and muscle issues I can’t figure out. They don’t occur if it isn’t actual sex, like fingering or foreplay won’t cause it.
I also find it odd that there is a lump of some kind in her vagina? only about a finger’s length in, I’m not sure if that’s normal or not. It isn’t very large, but it is there. But this could be a vaginal problem, we want to go to a gynecologist soon. Any possible information beforehand?

Okay, those medical issues could be an issue. Sex burns up a lot of energy and has the potential to cause muscle cramps and hypoglycemia. That combined with anxiety will just increase those effects. I myself have a naturally low blood pressure and get light-headed during orgasm. My advice is to take it slowly, make sure she’s relaxed (maybe with a good massage) and that she’s not hypoglycemic before you get started.
