The "urine" is almost clear, like water. I’ve gone to the bathroom 3 times already, and still have the urge to go. I heard this is like the female equivalent of ejaculation, but I’ve never heard of needing to go multiple times, and I have no idea when it will stop.

Congratulations, you squirted ( I hate the term female ejaculation). Iit took me 2 years of practice, to learn how to do that. Some girls are capable of squirted many times in a row, and some have squirted up to 18 feet.

this has happened to me earlier,
i think it was before i haven’t reached climax yet because i stopped halfway through,

If your desire to urinate is not while you are turned on, then YES, you need to go to a clinic because you have a Urinary tract infection or UTI for short. They are very common in girls, and even more common when sexual activities have occurred. Once you are no longer "turned on" if you still feel the need to urinate or it burns it is most assuredly a UTI.
