I am a19 yr old female and when my boyfriend and I participate in oral sex (with fingering) I have an amazing orgasm 99% of the time, but I can only acheive one orgasm because it is painful for him to finger me afterwards. I am sore. I was wondering if this is normal and wondering why I can’t acheive multiple orgasms and if the sorness is normal. I have recently been to the OBGYN and everything is fine, but I just can’t figure this out. It is quite embarassing because when you man feels like he is not doing something right it puts a burden on him, even if he is doing nothing worng. Any suggestions?

Try waiting a few minutes after the first orgasm, don’t expect it to immediately happen again. Give yourself a little time, help him out a little bit
Usually I can only have one then I’m done. Also fingers can be a little bit rough, so make sure his nails are trimmed short, or get him to wear a latex glove while he fingers you (that can feel amazing!). Make sure he gives plenty of attention to your clit. Maybe even just have him focus on the clit for a while until you get horny again, and then let him finger you. The reason why it hurts is because you aren’t aroused after your first orgasm. Most of the time having one orgasm is plenty however.

The fingering has to take place with plenty of lubrication. Some people produce their own, but others need a bit more. You can use K-Y jelly or something else that is designed for the purpose (not vaseline).
