Plenty of information on female kegal exercises, but what about male ones? All I can find is "tense up for a bit then release and repeat." I’d like a bit more detail than that to know if I’m doing it right. The goal is multiple male orgasms, and swurly control and lasting longer… the basics. However, I’m not sure how long this would take to achieve or if I’m on the right path.

There is no such thing.
That is only for women.
Men cannot have multiple orgasms like a woman. You need time to renew the fluids for a proper ejaculation. Also, it is important to not hold back if it is time to ejaculate. This can cause problems with the prostate gland.
You want to last longer? Masturbate often.

There are no "male kegel" exercises analogous to women. However, research has shown that staying fit generally does improve your sexual performance.

It’s spelled "Kegel exercise". Try that in your search engine and you’ll get more responses. Kegels can be done by both men and women. Men can’t learn multiple orgasms from them, but they can increase the force of their ejaculation, and some say it helps control premature ejaculation. No time now, but if you can’t find anything with an internet search, email me and I’ll give you the 30-second introduction.
